Training & Development

All new staff undergo training in the Skills for Care Induction Standards as well as various training courses including Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and Safeguarding.

All new staff will shadow other members of staff for two weeks prior to commencing work on

their own.

We ensure any additional training is provided as may be required, and also ensure training is updated on a regular basis.

All of our staff are CRB checked and we currently employ 14 full and part time care staff.
